Ninja Ninja Learns…Rise of the Snake and Dragon
Slither, strike, and soar into action! This season, students will explore the fascinating martial arts styles of the Snake and the Dragon.
The Snake teaches quick, whip-like strikes and lightning-fast reactions, while the Dragon inspires fluid, continuous circular movements that promote balance, coordination, and graceful movement. Together, these animal styles help children develop patience, flexibility, focus, confidence, and body awareness in a fun and engaging way.
Ninja Ninja Learns introduces children to non-contact and non-competitive martial arts through play-based learning with exciting pad drills, group games, and physical challenges. In a safe, encouraging environment, students will build new skills, stay active, make new friends, and discover the fun of martial arts while growing in confidence every step of the way!
Ninja Ninja Learns is an enrichment program introducing students to fundamental martial arts elements like blocking, striking, stances, and situational awareness in a non-contact and non-competitive environment. Through play based target drills, group games, and unique physical challenges, students will learn the necessary skills to become a ninja! At the conclusion of the semester, each student will earn a Certificate of Achievement and Ninja Ninja headband. Class dates: 8/17, 8/24, 8/31, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, and 10/26
