Ninja Ninja Learns…Fitness
Ninja Ninja is a program which introduces children ages two to six to fundamental movement practices to enhance their balance, coordination, and dexterity. During each class children will participate in engaging and fun group games and unique physical challenges such as Duck and Jump, Animal Walks, and Obstacle Courses. At the conclusion of the season, each child will receive a special Ninja Ninja headband in recognition of their participation, individual efforts, and personal achievements.
