Ninja Ninja Learns…Rise of the Snake and Dragon
Slither, strike, and soar into action! This season, students will explore the fascinating martial arts styles of the Snake and the Dragon.
The Snake teaches quick, whip-like strikes and lightning-fast reactions, while the Dragon inspires fluid, continuous circular movements that promote balance, coordination, and graceful movement. Together, these animal styles help children develop patience, flexibility, focus, confidence, and body awareness in a fun and engaging way.
Ninja Ninja Learns introduces children to non-contact and non-competitive martial arts through play-based learning with exciting pad drills, group games, and physical challenges. In a safe, encouraging environment, students will build new skills, stay active, make new friends, and discover the fun of martial arts while growing in confidence every step of the way!
Ninja Ninja is a program which introduces children to popularized styles (Karate, Taekwondo, and Kung Fu) of martial arts in a non-contact and non-competitive setting. Through a play based approach, students are introduced to foundational martial arts movements such as blocking, striking, and stances. Daily activities include fun target training, group games, obstacle courses and engaging physical challenges. At the conclusion of the season, students receive a special certificate of achievement and headband for their participation and achievements.
